I don't know how to do an internship or volunteer, but I know where you can learn. It is a place called Akame Shizennou Jyuku (Akame Natural Farming Training Area) . They gather on a monthly basis to learn the natural farming practiced by Mr. Yoshikazu Kawaguchi throughout a year, and each student put it into practice at the farm. akameshizennoujuku.jimdofree.com/english/
